Brian Neal Onek

Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida Law School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. For over 20 years, he has practiced exclusively in the area of criminal law. Mr. Onek has earned the Florida Bar’s distinction as a Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist. Throughout his career, he has tried allegations of first-degree murder, capital sexual battery, serious violent felonies, and misdemeanor offenses. He is an experienced death penalty trial attorney. Brian is a 3-time nominee for appointment to the Circuit Court bench and presently serves on several local bar committees. Additionally, he is a recognized expert on criminal defense matters and has testified accordingly. Brian works in our Viera office and is available for a free consultation.
